1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using QuickFrame (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. User Content & Conduct
You are solely responsible for the content (videos, images, text) you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the content or have the necessary licenses and permissions to share it.
• The content does not violate any applicable laws.

3. Prohibited Content
We support free speech, but the following content is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate ban and report to authorities:

• Illegal Acts: Content depicting real-world crimes, terrorism, or extreme violence.
• CSAM: Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) is strictly prohibited. We report all instances to the NCMEC and relevant authorities.
• Non-Consensual: “Revenge porn” or non-consensual sexual content.
• Malware: Files containing viruses or malicious code.

4. Crypto Payments & Wallet

• No Refunds: All cryptocurrency deposits (Bitcoin, USDT, etc.) are final. We do not offer refunds on deposits or subscriptions.
• Wallet Balance: Funds in your QuickFrame wallet have no cash value outside of our platform and cannot be withdrawn to a bank account. They are for the purchase of digital goods and services on this site only.
• Volatility: We are not responsible for fluctuations in cryptocurrency value.

5. Monetization & Payouts

• Users may earn revenue based on views or sales (PPV).
• We reserve the right to withhold payment if we detect fraud, bot traffic, or artificial manipulation of view counts.
• Payouts are processed in cryptocurrency only. You are responsible for providing a correct wallet address. Funds sent to incorrect addresses are lost forever.

6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall QuickFrame, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
